Smooth stucco, wood cladding, a metal roof and walls of angled windows and doors, designed by Xavier Design Group. It is the largest home we have finished.
Before framing, we put the design team, the steel subcontractor, the framer, the window installer and the supplier in the same meetings, so the glass went in right the first time. Inside, every room has custom cabinetry, from the three-island kitchen under a wood ceiling to the primary bath with a freestanding tub.

Phase two finished the backyard around it: an outdoor bathroom and shower with a pebble floor, storage rooms, a trash enclosure and two pergolas.

We hired Jimmy for a garage to ADU conversion project. The project was completed quickly, with diligent work from Jimmy’s team, resulting in a finished product that exceeded our expectations!

After throughly researching for contractors We finally chose J.O Constructions and they did not disappoint. J.O Construction did an amazing job on our new 3200sgft home.
